the hotel is amazing, spacious and clean room, lovely view on the marina. The buffet breakfast was amazing, not so nice the dinner though. very good location, even if you have to drive (or walk a lot) to go places. definetely a place to recommend. (been there in august 2011)

Excellent for a good night's sleep. Small shopping area nearby, and right on the waterfront. Limited choice in the restaurant and they had run out of beer whilst we were there so nothing except lite beer available, also limited choice of wines. Nice pool, an rooms clean although bathrooms needed updating.

I loved this place. Staff were lovely, it was like being at someone's home. The home cooked breakfasts were marvellous. Rooms lovely. Need to have updated bicycles. And the option of an evening meal would be better. Able to accommodate a shower and living room to relax in if you have an early or late flight.

We have returned there many times over the past year. (I have many hospital appointments and we have found it a homey, comfortable place to stay) Good food in their restaurant, lots of other places to eat in the vacinity. Staff always friendly & helpful, reasonable rates for LA, especially on the water!

The rooms were clearly last furnished in 1975. the shower ran from boiling to freezing every 30 seconds Although its on a peninsula, there was not enough parking spaces: the desk clerk said 'the sheriff "probably" wont tow. we could hear every sound from each room on every side: some of our neighbors were VERY busy.
