1. Room key never worked requiring a trip to front desk everytime we went to the room. 2. Room had a weird smell. 3. Room wasn't cleaned. 4. Room walls had drywall patches all over. 5. Common areas were dirty including floors, elevators, walls. 6. Ambivalent staff when complaining about the above.

I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect: close to Calgary, close to Canmore and close to the outdoors (skiing, hiking, kayaking). Plus there is the casino, great views, and absolutely wonderful and friendly service.

We were looking for a nice weekend get away for 2 and this place definitely fit the bill!! Rooms were exceptionally clean, very modern and elegant, and the food was amazing. The casino allowed smoking which I was not a fan of but that was the only part of our trip I didn't like.
