Extremely friendly and helpful personnel though the hotel is large and impersonal. We were in a recently updated room. Nice furnishings and large floor plan, though low ceiling created cramped feeling. The hotel if fully functional for an overnight before or after flight stay. The Cafe in the lobby had a limited menu but terrific food and great service.
