Nothing special. Clean, fast service. Easy to reach with shuttle. Room service and food good.
I recently visited this property (by mistake). I tried to check in at the desk but they told me they didn't have my reservation. I was ready to raise hell, but fortunately the Sheraton took care of me. If it wasn't for Edward at the Desk who took excellent care of me, I don't know what I would have done....

Stopped 2 nights arriving from New Zealand before road-tripping to Houston while emigrating.
With 2 small children and picking up our lap-dog from cargo on the second day, this was a very welcoming place to stay for the beginning of our long trek.
We were a little confused about the shuttle from the airport as they had emailed to say...

The Sheraton manages accommodate all types of travels fairly efficiently. We observed business travelers, vacationers, locals with big events going on, conference types, and more moving about while we were there last weekend.
Pluses: Big comfortable, clean room with decent amenities--2 chairs plus a nice work area with separate chair.
Negatives: Expensive parking and wifi (charge per device). We parked...

This appears to be an updated hotel and it feels like a pretty swanky hotel when you walk in. From start to finish the hotel staff, especially a woman named Diane was extremely helpful. They always tried their best to accommodate my needs and did not hesitate to ask again after they fulfilled my request. I also attended a conference...

Great location for convenience to LAX w/ free shuttle, but no free parking (both valet & self-park are $$) and the self-park is actually a separate LAX parking lot behind the hotel for $10/day. Rooms are clean and good size. Easy to work in with a good sized desk & certain rates include free wireless internet. Couldn't get the wired...

Our office had seven employees attending an event at this hotel. We pre-paid with a government card over a month in advance. When one of our employees attempted to check in she was given the run around by reception and treated very poorly.
It took 3 phone conversations to sort this mess out and as of right now I'm not...

Dear guest,
Thank youv ery much for your recent group stay at our hotel. i feel deeply embarrased at the level of service that was extended to you and your group. i understand that taking the time to set up the billing correctly was important to you and your request should have been taken care of with urgency, and executed...

Stayed in mid-April 2012 for seminar being held at the hotel. First off, easy access to free shuttle to and from the airport. No ID/room confirmation needed, as I was told it is a courtesy shuttle. Doesn't look like many people tip the drivers and I understand why. The driver who took me to the hotel didn't get up to...

We stayed at the LAX Sheraton for one night after a long flight from the UK.
The shuttle bus is now different from the other hotel shuttles so look out for the cream / beige shuttle, it is marked with Sheraton logos.
Check in was easy enough as there were quite a few staff members at the desk.
The room...
