Awful experience! Reservations dept very wrong about distance between hotel and conference center. Room Broken into while at conference center! GM not concerned and didnt give explaination for room entry!

All staff were friendly, informative and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants quality service, comfort & cleanliness. Subway is in walking distance and there is so many restaurants to choose from in the area. Loved the cookies =)

I called the MOD to complain about my food on room service. The staff said he was with a guest and they would have them call me back...he never did. Room clean, staff friendly its a 3 out of 5 on my hotel-opinion score...not bad but not great.

The initial room we were booked into was oddly shaped and had a noisy old bed (very squeaky when just sitting on the bed).
