Check in was fast. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very pleasant, modern design. The televisions were large, wide/flatscreens. I choose this hotel for this particular reason Stay, Park and Fly. The hotel offer a free 14 days free parking its abit higher rate than regular but give hassle free in going to airport and cruises. the only confusion is when i book supposed to come with free breakfast bit it wasnt included.

This hotel was loud and filthy you might as well book a motel six.... if your gonna stay somewhere in longbeach make it the hyatt or marriott .. this hotel was old and dirty... i will never stay at a holiday inn again... thank god it was only for one night to go to catalinna the next day
