This is the second Westin I've stayed in, and I've come to the unfortunate conclusion that this hotel brand has seen better days. It's a 2-star hotel hiding as a 3.5 or 4-star property. All I know is that after this stay, I'll probably be avoiding Westin hotels in the future.
