The Restaurant staff lacked courtesy. Otherwise, it is a good hotel, well located and comfortable. The tours organised by Hotel were well defined and we made the best of available time in LA. Another observation is that restuarant closing time is too early (8PM) for a leisure hotel. More

Excellent customer service all around. Front desk was extremely helpful and the service at the breakfast and happy hour was prompt and very friendly. After a grueling six hour drive we finally made it to Lompoc. A great midway point between all of the attractions we wanted to visit - Solvang, Santa Babara, Santa Ynez and the Chumash Casino. All rooms have been upgraded and that's just great. This hotel suffers from a horrible front desk and staff. Very unprofessional for the most part and they've been this way for years. All of the rooms are finally renovated, down to the carpeting, drapes, bedding. Everything is in good condition, clean, stylish, comfortable . Even the cheapest room will include the flat screen TVs, microwave, nice mini-refrigerator, blowdryer, etc.). Rooms have DSL hookups (didn't use).
