We stayed here for our Anniversary. What a wonderful place. All rooms have ocean views, and even though it's not on the ocean side of the highway, you can hear the ocean. We saw whales (the spouting) that were migrating through. How wonderful. The rooms are big, and the front wall is all window so you have an unobstructed ocean... More

We decided at the last minute that we'd stay in the Little River area, instead of tackling Hwy 1 at night. We dropped in and were told there was 1 room available at the discount price. From the highway Seafoam looks like an old, roadside hotel. We expected very little and so we were very surprised. The room had a... More

This hotel has a wonderful view as it sits on a grassy hill facing the ocean. The staff is friendly and bring you warm muffins and orange juice in a basket each morning. They have a fantastic selection of DVD's you can borrow from the office. It is a true pet friendly place that does not charge extra fees for... More

We love this place. We have stayed there three times now while my husband goes for abalone. It is rustic and has a few odd things like strange entrance to some of the rooms but it is fun and affordable. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and helpful Rooms are large and clean and have extras like iron and coffee,... More

I stayed for one night and loved this place. My rate was only $111 for a room that faced ocean and was quite large. The room was very clean and had many nice ammenities including kingsize bed, sink in room and bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, TV with DVD and VCR slots, little veranda outside of room with two chairs and cushions.... We made a last-minute decision to stay somewhere in the Mendocino/Ft. Bragg area, despite the fact that we had very little extra money to spend on our trip. Part of our reason for our extra day was that we desperately wanted to spend some time in a hot tub. Unfortunately, it was also storming outside. Seafoam Lodge has a covered... More

My 88-year-old mother and I were looking for a moderately priced accommodation where we could take our pug on a two night stay in the Mendocino area. Seafoam Lodge proved to be the ideal choice. The owers are very welcoming and accommodating. Even though it was cold and rained most of the time, we were able to fully enjoy our... More

This is our first time in the Mendocino area. I researched a number of bed and breakfast places online before we went. However, I ended up not booking anything before we left home for two reasons: 1) I have never stayed at a B&B before and wasn't sure if I would like such arrangements. 2) I was not sure if... More

Recently stayed 3 nights here in the Promendade 21 room. We were pleased with our room and the general atmosphere of the grounds. The unit itself is very homey, having a kitchen (which included an oven!) and a wood burning fireplace. The description and photo of the room posted on their website is accurate so more info can be had... More
