We had a group of 11 that stayed for 2 nights in July-11 and had a very good stay. We had 4 of the standard motel rooms. Stayed here overnight on our way to Yosemite National Park. It was extremely clean and comfortable in a beautiful garden environment. They also have a little cafe open in the mornings which serves great coffee but get in early for the pastries - they sold out by out 9.00am. More

Despite it's name, not all of the rooms have a view of the lake. The "cozy cottage" we stayed in had a view of the motel and parking lot. But it was still fun to sit out on our little covered porch and relax. There are some large trees that kind of give a feel of being in the woods.... More
