I recently stayed here for the Doheny Blues Festival and thought the place was charming and very clean. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The rates were exceptional! I stayed during Dana Point's Doheny Blues Festival May 2011. I was pleased with the room, which was modest and clean. Although the property is being upgraded, it seems that the upgrades are being cheaply done. However, I appreciated the newer, more soundproof windows and clean surfaces. The room was well laid out.
