We picked this hotel because of the price. It was the most attractive. We ended up with kind of a 'suite'. When we arrived our extra bed was already waiting in the room. We had 2 double beds. This hotel is located walking distance from the most beautiful beach in La Jolla. In the evening you often see many professional photographers taking advantage of the beauty. I love staying there!

Don't be fooled, this hotel is prime! I booked after reading all the good reviews and found I made the right choice. The location is perfect, only a block away from windansea beach (not the best swimming beach). Cute place. Loved having a microwave in the room. Could walk to the beach. Could walk to area businesses. Very nice staff. Environmentally conscious. Love that! Comfortable bed. Quiet rooms. Enjoyed our stay very much.
