This was a wonderful property however we learned it closed May 1, 2013. We were sorry to see this delightful property close. No idea why...but no more reservations are accepted. It was a very special place. Please check and update trip advisor.

The hotel is very clean and stylish. I just loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was not ordinary eggs, bacon and pancakes breakfast, but they had many different kinds of fruits and bread, prosciutto ham, several kinds of cheese like brie and mozzarella, real butter and freshly brewed coffee. We were very impressed with pretty much everything this property had to offer. Great room, perfect location for walking around La Jolla, friendly service and good rates for where you are staying. One of the nice features was the breakfast provided in the morning; great cappuccino/espresso machine and the scones were epic!

I enjoyed this newly updated hotel that has a calming aura to it. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The complementary breakfast is delicious and filling!! Can't wait to visit this hotel again in the heart of La Jolla.
