It's like camping in the forest with amenities. Love the setting, tall trees and grass, away from the main highway. Yeah, it can use some improvement but for camping not a 5 star hotel accomodation, it is a 5 star. So if you don't like the untidiness of the outdoor, stay in a five star hotel. More

Kamp Klamath is the best. Quiet, off the highway... and the Saturday night dinner with live music (local) is the best. Salmon and Chicken and marshmallows around a campfire for the kids. More

Family was traveling across North West, staying at camp sites and motels. Stopped at park and found it away from noise, very few insects. Great grass for camping on. Was great location for sightseeing on the coast. Found that many whales are near shore and at entrance to River. Located local indians who were more than willing to sell fresh... More

This RV park was delightful - the staff were extremely helpful. Douglas, the manager, set us up for satellite TV reception so we could watch a football game we didn't want to miss; Teresa and Mike of the Park staff treated us to homemade brownies, a great time conversing around the campfire, and even fresh-laid chicken eggs for breakfast. Located... More

We booked a tent-site at Kamp Klamath for 3 nights, Sunday 1-Aug to Tues 3-Aug. First impression was not good - filthy bathrooms, and our "grassy" campsite was dirt with a few tufts of grass along the edges (Site #24, near the road to the Redwoods Coastal Drive). Surrounded by trees, in a depression about 2-3 feet below the rest... More

Kamp Klamath is a very peaceful setting. There is nothing fancy about this park but the grounds are well kept and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very pet friendly and the beach is a great place to take your dogs where they can run off leash! I didn't feel like I was being watched... More

This park has maintained the natural beauty of the area and offers all the amenities a camper wants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are plenty of hiking trails, fishing, whale watching, birds and forest critters. The salmon dinner on Saturday night is mouthwatering. I look forward to my next trip there. More

This camp ground was not good! The bathrooms were filthy, I would not step a foot in the shower. The BBQ dinner was good and that was about it. The staff was not helpful regarding activities and we never did get a picnic table delivered to our campsite that was promised. We cut our stay short due to a bear... More

My wife and I just spent 8 nights at Kamp Klamath. We were both amazed at the beauty of the grounds and our site. They have a very friendly, professional staff, who tends to your needs. The Saturday BBQ and bonfire was marvelous. The live music was spectacular. The staff advised us on areas to visit and were 100% right.... More
