“Worst guest house in my world travels over 25 years”

Having been to Sihanoukville, Cambodia, many times, we decided to try out this guest house which has always been closed every time we have been to Victory Hill (Cambodia). “Cheap rooms but not secure”

We were impressed when we first got to Bungalow Village as it was set in a nice garden. However, we were not given a lock for our bungalow, our friend's bungalow had not been cleaned in between guests (I think this was a misunderstanding though) and you could lift one of the wooden panels completely out, meaning we were worried...
