Yes! Bed Bugs at this beautiful resort! All over the bed and on my friend. It was the most awful experience that we have every experiance on vaction. Please beware because it is not worth it for all the trouble you will have to go through. We cut are trip short and wasted alot of time over these bugs. that... More

Driving to the resort, I noticed all the bunny roadkill all over the road. I thought I was approaching a war zone. The blonde concierge lady was rude. She didn't even ask if I wanted to attend the presentation. I guess I wasn't good enough for her. The lazy river was under construction our entire stay. The jack hammering of... More

Worldmark seems to be the best maintained timeshare company in the USA. It is not cheap but at least units and grounds are maintained in excellent condition. The rooms at Indio are spacious and clean. Love the gas barbeques in every unit. Great location on the 'good side' of Indio near the Fantasy Springs Casino and an excellent WinCo super... More

We stayed at the Wordmark Indio the end of March through the first week of April. It is beautifully landscaped, has a nice pool, hot tub, lazy river, and wading pool. There is also a small play area with slides and such for little ones. My boys enjoyed the arcade with ping pong and pool tables. Free movies are shown... More

Great resort - wonderful pools, activities, concierge desk is very helpful. Activities meetings to help you decide what to do in the area. Easy access to freeway or bypass road to go to Palm Springs. Casion nearby.

My husband and I stayed at this resort with our five children and we loved it. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. Because our children are small it was great to have in room washing machine/dryer and vacuum because messes just come with the territory. The master bedroom was luxurious and let us have a nice place to hibernate... More

Undesirable location in newly created "suburbia". 30 minutes drive to Palm Springs. 2 bedroom newly refurbished unit is instititional and cheap quality. No triple sheeting-using blanket and spread that may not be cleaned between guests. No services at location and very little in the mediate area.

My family and I stayed at this resort for a few days in February. Overall, the resort is very nice. The grounds are some of the nicest I have seen in the desert. There are two large pool areas on each side of the resort limiting the amount of walking time to each. The main pool area adjacent the game... More

Stayed at this resort for 1 week in December 2011. We stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath villa. Nicely renovated room with a good sized bedroom. There were only 2 of us but for families there was a murphy bed in the living room which i suspect is more comfortable than a sofa bed. It is a well maintained... More

We vacation a lot and this is hands down our favorite family resort. Plan to spend 90% of your time by an in the pool and lazy river. The rooms are large and comfortable and the 3br comfortably fits our family of 9. Nearby is a Target and a cheaper 24 hour grocery store. We like to go to Palm... More
