Everything seemed nice until it nol longer was, Spotted a giant cockroach on my bed and was twice disappointed with the way the staff handled the situation. First he said he would send someone to deal with it ( how do you deal with a cockroach??), secondely no one showed up, however luckily I spotted it again and had to... More

In the middle of the desert in Indian Wells you'll find a diamond in the rough! The place is nice, clean, hospitable, and reasonably priced to include a comprehensive breakfast buffet: coffee, tea, juices, yoghurt, boiled eggs, muffins, bread, fruits, etc.. And a full menu is also available. The pool area a very "kid friendly" with a bar to the... More

It is a decent value if you book it through other discount websites. Overall I would say it is more like a 2.5-3.0 star hotel rather than a resort, especially in the Palm Springs area. Pros 1. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. 2. Free continental breakfast, but do not expect too much. 3. Big room. Clean. Comfortable. 4. Friendly front desk... More

The price was great and the reviews were mixed but we thought we'd give it a try. We had a great stay over Easter weekend. The rooms were a bit shabby but they were clean and were within our expectations considering the price. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the pool area was very nice. We had... My only hesitation in writing this review is that the secret will get out. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. We were looking for a nice room with a nice pool for the kids and boy did we get that! The one bedroom suite is the way to go. Plenty of room for everyone to be... More

My wife and I stayed here during the Indian Wells tennis tournament due to that we couldn't get a room at the Hyatt across the street - and this was surely the last time we will stay at the IW resort hotel. The lobby is quite nice and the views from the rooms are good (if you pay the extra... More

We had read the reviews and were skeptical, but something drew us there and we wanted to try it. Even the not-so-friendly booking agent on the phone discouraged us. We ended booking on Expedia and got a lovely mountain view room. When you book with them, the final price includes the resort fee. The show with Frank in the evening... More

for the price, this place could be a Motel 6, but it was not. This was an older hotel but had alot of charm. pool was great, hot tub was even better. beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. free breakfast and wireless. Perfect location. Go ahead and pay twice as much for new furniture at the Hyatt or... More

We stayed here for three nights for the tennis tournament, because our preferred hotel was booked for the first weekend of the tournament. Thankfully we didn't choose to stay here the entire time. Check in was fine, but when we got to our room we saw what was basically a rundown motel room, old spread on the bed, old thin... More
