The rooms are clean, but small and outdated. The housekeeping staff repeatedly ignored the Do Not Disturb signs and entered our room, both when we were in the room and when we weren't. The surrounding area is a little sketchy. Would not stay here again.

We came here for my Uncle's memorial service who's passed. This place is a horrible dump. There bathrooms are very tiny. The rooms are okay but the floors are disgusting and the beds are terribly uncomfortable. They have cable with about 3 stations. the air conditioner shuts off every two minutes and turns on every five. You cant get sleep... More

It was a comfortable room and easily accessible. The check in was smooth but there is NO breakfast at all! No Coffee in the lobby either! Laundry was good but my truck had fuel stolen out of it one of the nights I stayed there. I parked directly under the security camera. The room was clean and comfortable and I... More

This is my second review ever. My first was a hotel in Arizona and very positive. I have traveled for many years and never stayed in a more disgusting place in my life than this motel. The room stunk. The carpet and bedspreads were filthy. There were years of stains on the floor and walls. The room smelled of stale... More

Hotel needs to be updated! It is a Motel 6 in disguise as a Best Western. It is low end, compared with other Best Westerns I've stayed at, and that is with the understanding that Best Westerns are generally basic hotels or a step or so up from basic, at best. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the room... More

I reserved a room at the Hemet Best Western, Room 107 on June 5, 2010. Upon arrival I noticed that the carpet was black with dirt and stains. This did not bother me as much as the cockroach that I found on my pillow when I removed the bedspread. When I approached the desk attendant he was not even apologetic... More

We selected the Best Western because it was centrally located for the funeral of the family's patriarch the next day. Were it not for this obligation we would have left. On arrival, after driving for more than three hours, my wife needed to use the rest room. There is none in the lobby, and the clerk refused her access to... More

I had to stay in Hemet to appear to local court and I decided on Best Western Inn in Hemet since there weren't many choices (Hampton Inn is in Hemet but they were charging like $130). At $84 rate, Best Western seemed more sensible. Front desk was helpful about check in and hot breakfast at Denny's next door was nice.... More

We were very disappointed in this facility. Our room was a non smoking room, but the smoke from the people standing in the hallway smoking came in through the rather large space under the door. Large bugs also came in through this space. The fan/air conditioner was very loud but not very efficient. Our television broke early in the evening,... More

We ended up needing a place to stay on December 23rd in Hemet and found that the reviews for MOST of the inexpensive hotels in the city were not good! We decided on the Best Western because we trusted the name and it was a good location. I was very pleased with our stay there. The room was a great... More
