Great for the kids. Free breakfast saves us so much money. The value is excellent. Our bathroom smelled a bit like cigarette smoke and the carpet needed cleaned but overall I was happy with our stay. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our anniversary. Upon arrival, we received excellent service from Steven H. He went over and above to accommodate our wishes for a room upgrade. The beautiful room was exactly what we were looking for. For 23 years, Embassy Suites has been our choice of hotel brands to celebrate our anniversary.

Checked in tonight, travel weary with two kids in tow... Stephen was informative, efficient and professional. Went above and beyond... a reason to return... room service stated 30 minutes and delivered in 15! Way to uncompromised and over deliver.

I visited this property with my husband and three children for six days while visiting Disneyland. This hotel is a bit over a mile down Harbor Blvd from Disneyland, and thankfully there is a shuttle that is there every 30 minutes or better. Always a pleasure being there at a Embassy Suites. Never anything bad or horrible to say about them. The staff is always helpful and kind, never shrugs when asked to do something. Definitely worth the money. Its a great place to stay especially the day before you visit Disneyland.
