Chose this hotel just because of its location close to Avenue of the Giants. Room was large and clean, but somewhat cold. Breakfast ok.

Excellent stopoff when visiting the redwoods, only a couple of miles from the Avenue of the Giants. Clean, comfortable room. Wine and cheese happy hour was excellent. Nice to meet other travelers. Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Wi-fi was a bit quirky, but business center computer and printer worked fine. Would stay here again.

Stayed here and visited the Giant Redwoods. This is definitely the place to stay in the area! They have a great wine & cheese party for happy hour each night. On a trip to see the giant redwoods from San Francisco, this was a great stop. We missed the wine/cheese hospitality hour :( but were glad they had a room for us. Breakfast was more than sufficient and in a nice room/sunroom above the pool area. Room was clean, had a mini- fridge. Happy with the price especially for California!
