Kings Canyon is a hidden gem. Like a smaller version of Yosemite. It was very quiet in June and we were almost alone on the campground. The pitches are a good size, with lots of shade. There are no showers here but the toilets are flush and there are pay showers at the nearby lodge (I think about $3.50 per... More
