The customer service experienced was horrible!..issues that the room had where never addressed or fixed. Non working power outlets, water temperature was burning hot, my children got burnt, no towels when asked for, no room service when asked for.list can continue! pros: location was directly off of the expressway, less than 10 miles from mexico border, next to BurgerKing and other restaurants, hotel was easy to find Cons: moldy bathroom, peeling wallpaper, lumpy bed, spotty/slow wifi, continental breakfast restricted to eating in a room that was too small to accomodate all guests, leak in bathroom from upstairs through ceiling

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. Need more microwaves and refrigerators available for rooms. Need to inforce quiet times am & pm. We were woken up nightly by kids running in hallways. Only nice coment is it was clean for an old motel.
