This hotel is an outstanding stay for any recreational traveler or businessman alike. The hotel itself has immediate access to all of downtown Chico, as well as a short walk to CSU Chico. Stayed here in April, 2011. The bathroom had dozens of dead bugs in the tub and some live crawlies on the bathroom floor. The air conditioner was difficult to start and it shut off during the night. I stayed there with a friend while visiting her daughter. Rooms were were older but very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was PERFECT for our needs, close to downtown. Hotel had a nice pool. More
