We stayed one night and had a good rest. Several decent restaurants you can walk to from the Lodge. Rooms were cold on arrival but had great heaters. Free parking.

Will never go back and do not recommend unless you are used to living in a trailer park standards. The accommodations were well below my standards. The reason I booked this place is because they allowed me to bring my dog, who goes everywhere with me. This simple but clean accomodation is a value in beautiful Carmel Valley. Rooms are big, bathroom acceptable nothing fancy; a bit like a big dorm room. Location is within wine tasting rooms, restaurants and stores.. the beauiful valley is the reason to come!
