We haven't stayed in the hotel itself, we were travelling in the area and got on Hilton shuttle bus that brought us to the hotel. The staff was really friendly and they suggested us to get to the onsen (hot spring pool) which was in very nice condition and had pretty view (there were hot spring pools both indoors and... More

Stayed at the Hilton Niseko Village at the end of the ski season 20-25 April 2013. The crowds were all gone and we nearly had the entire hotel to ourselves! Despite the low season, the staff were still so warm and receptive - typical excellent, above-and-beyond-par Japanese service. Front office manager Misuyo recommended the absolute best local food around. Didn't... More

Been here several times and every time the stay has been fantastic. Arguably the best hotel in the Niseko area. The staff are always ready to help in any way and they really know how to treat their guests well. If a hassle-free ski holiday is your main priority, go here and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel rooms themselves are of a lower standard than most 3-4 star properties we have stayed in in Japan. I disliked the bathroom sink being located in the bedroom. The ski in ski out convenience is great and the gym was also good. I would recommend that if you stay here you rent a car. Driving around is easier... More

I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that the ski in / ski out access and ski valet makes a day's ski even more enjoyable. Regarding the breakfast and dinner buffet, we take your comments to heart and I shall discuss our menus with our Executive Chef. Once again, thank you and I do... More

we've been skiing a few years but definitely still beginners. the convenience of ski in ski out and gentle slopes at hilton niseko is perfect for us. we're a family of four so the panorama quad room is perfect for us. the hotel does not have connecting rooms. I would have preferred the larger one-bedroom suite but for some reason... More

The Hilton is an excellent place if you are just there to ski and are happy to eat in the hotel. They have several restaurants inside which are little pricey for what you get but convenient. The gondola is right outside the front door, though it is susceptible to closure in moderate winds. In which case you have to bus... More

This is probably the best Hilton I have ever stayed at. Located in Niseko and part of the Niseko United area, the Hilton Niseko Village has its own ski-in ski-out facilities and shares its slopes with 2 other resorts, Hirafu and Annapuri, which are all in close proximity with each other and accessible either by a short bus ride or... Background: We live in Tokyo and went skiing three times this season. First with a group in Hakuba, then at Shigakogen to see the snow monkeys, and finally a three night stay here at the Hilton Niseko Village. We are a beginner snowboarder and an intermediate level skier. The Hilton was by far the most upscale of the three ski... More

Excellent Ski-in Ski-Out hotel with the Hilton brand name. The only issue is there is nothing much happening in Niseko Village other than Hilton hotel. If you want night life and more restaurant choices stay in Hirafu (My other review). In Niseko Village there is basically the hotel and in front of the hotel is the Gondola up the Niseko... More

Hilton "Niseko Village" is first and foremost an insult to your intelligence. It is not anywhere near a village. It is a walled garden of bland corporate, overpriced restaurants and shops in the middle of nowhere. This is a focus group re-branding of a Japanese ski slope. They do however have a shuttle service to the real village (a long... More
