Location of the hotel was excellent since its just 5 mins from the airport.so it's easy to reach the airport since most of the drukair flights are early morning. Don't worry since not many aircraft fly in and out so no disturbance as such. It's 15 mins walk to the market or if you want to go to paro Dzong(monastery)... More

We stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions in April 2012, total three nights. Until our last night all seemed ok; the food wasn’t great but some of the junior staff were really helpful in showing us how to wear the traditional kira and goh and the stone bath was pleasant. On our last night we left our room... More

I stayed here for two nights , There's a hair salon and massage service available . The heater is switch on by the hotel staff as we enter the room which is warm and cosy as the weather is 0 celcius when we arrive at night after our sightseeing in Paro .. The room was decent size, the bed was hard, the bathroom was just ok. The shower was meter high, so that means on 1/2 of me is clean. I had to get on my knees to wash my hair. The people in the dining room were very nice and helpful. They were really friendly. The wifi worked pretty well even... More

We stayed in this hotel in late October 2012. We asked for rooms on the ground floor due to my elderly parents, but all they had was an awful room behind the restaurant/beside the kitchen. The Manager promised to move my mother the next day, but when the time came he refused to do so. The food was average at... More

This is a really nice hotel. I had a quaint room with a slightly sloping ceiling on the top floor: it was huge, and very comfortable. They charge for wifi, but at 100 Ngultrums, I think it's quite reasonable. The staff are charming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is okay and it has a decent enough bar. The hotel is... More

Do not worry about the airport. Very few flights in Paro, so no problem. This is the only hotel in Bhutan we did not like very much. The room was ok, the bathroom very standard. But it misses charm. The owner was not very friendly and this was the first time we experienced this after our trip of 2 weeks.... More

Big rooms very clean, food a bit average but generally fine. Close to the airport which isn't a problem as flights aren't regular, but could become an issue as domestic flights start. Wifi is paid rather than included, at 100 nu for 24 hours, wifi reception can be a bit dodgy but was great in our room. Hotel is also... More

The hotel is right opposite to the airport, which makes it convenient. Don't worry about noises generated from the air traffic as there are only few a flights into the airport each day. Dogs barking in the evening, as in everywhere in Bhutan, is more of a concern. The hotel is a beautiful Bhutanese style building. The rooms are comfortable,... More
