The staff were friendly and accommodating. Spacious, clean room away from freeway noise. COnveniently located near restaurants(coco's and marie callender) and the Premium outlet mall.

Very good stay. Nice clean upgraded large room. Comfortable bed. Usual breakfast. Would be good if they had more room to accommodate # of guests having breakfast.

Good value, extraordinarily clean and well maintained, close to freeway and restaurants, warm, family-style service, and the best free breakfast buffet I've ever seen in a road-side inn like this one.

The Best Westerns are always very nice. This BW is next to the highway, just opposite to the Premium Outlet Center, so perfect for shopping and a stop between LA and Santa Barbara. Looked at some motels/inns in the area (there's no big chain hotel there) and noticed that there's a Best Western. Other motels like Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, or Holiday Inn are normally more expensive. This Best Western is super nice.
