Last month I stayed at this motel (which I have learned has recently become a Knights Inn) and was seriously disappointed. I race at the Buttonwillow track 1-2 times a year and usually stay at the Motel 6 (the older one at the end of the street next to Carl's Jr), and know what to expect - bare bones, but... More

I've stayed at this chain before but, not at this location. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors talking, alarm clocks and, people just outside. High Speed Internet is advertised. Don't believe what you read. It took me 2 hours just to get to this page. Network was up but, kept getting "IE cannot display the web page, check your internet... More

Checking tripadvisor we decided to stay at this hotel. It did not dissappoint. This hotel was clean. It served hot waffles, bagels, cereal with butter and cream cheese, juice and coffee. It was inexpensive. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend earplugs for the freeway noise and just trucks in general. An experienced traveler should always include earplugs when... More

So my girlfriend and I chose this motel because the much nicer looking Motel 6 (there are two of them by the way, one nice, one crappy) was booked. Luckly since we were only stopping here for a few hours to sleep on our way back to LA we did not have to stay long. Firstly, I have to say... More

The room was tiny, hot and just gross. We didn't want to take our socks off because the carpet was dirty. The only plus was that we were able to get a few hours of sleep before continuing our long drive to San Diego. For what we got, the room should have cost $35, not $60. Don't stay here if... More

Many repairs needed in room includung security lock on door. Worse, they rented room to somrone else while I was resting. They seemed befeddled when asked to correct above. Have not heard back about above. More

I have stayed here twice on my way up and down the 5 freeway. I have no complaints. The staff is nice and it's pet-friendly. It was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave for snacks. I will always stay here if I have to stop in Buttonwillow. More

There isn't much in Buttonwillow off of I-5--your choice Motel 6, Econolodge, or Super 8. Pick your poison, so to speak. Room was okay. Paper-thin walls, small pillows and only two of them. Breakfast was quite good--they had scrambled eggs. WiFi didn't work very well, but you can connect to the nearby Starbucks wifi. Looks like they are upgrading their... More

I stayed there on the way back from a business trip to LA. After fighting LA and Grapevine traffic I stopped for the night. The place is right next to the off ramp of I-5. The jakebrakes sounds were right outside my window. The place was old and rundown. I'll never stay there again More

This is the lower middle of Supe 8 properties. The place has been rode hard and put away wet. With a good bit of work it could be a great deal better. The bed was comfortable after a long day of driving but the pillows were pretty thin and only two of them. The towels were pretty thin so you... More
