Singing Pines is the perfect destination for a large family reunion, or for the group of 33 teens I brought. The lodge was rustic and cozy but spacious enough and private. The grounds were exquisite - even when covered in snow! Adam is SO helpful and took care of every need! 6 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and a small but oh... More

Our church youth group of 30 stayed up here for our winter retreat and it was the perfect lodge for our group. Close to everything you need in Big Bear. Adam, the owner, made our stay wonderful. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and we will go back just because of his service and exceptional attitude. The lodge... More

We took 33 people for a recent youth group winter camp and stayed at Singing Pines. We loved the large but intimate living room and fire place, which was perfect for hanging out. The rooms were small but totally comfortable for sleeping large numbers. Our overflow was the living room, so if you want to stay inside just the bedrooms,... More

I recently took a group of students and my family to Big Bear for a leadership retreat. We stayed at Singing Pines Lodge and the whole experience was wonderful. The cabin has everything we needed indoors and had a large outdoor play area. My students used the stage for skits and my son used the playground area. The weather was... More

We took a group of teens to Camp Inspiration. Adam the owner and the staff were amazing. The service was great and so was the food. There were 30 of us and we loved every minute of it. It was cozy warm and a perfect location near the town and the lake. We will be back. I highly recommend Singing... More

Our church group has stayed at Singing Pines every year for the last 12. The Lodge is perfect medium sized groups. It is clean and well kept up. Make no mistake, this is not the Ritz, it is a quaint historic building that is perfect for family, church or other groups. The new owners have already improved the place and... More

We are from the YMCA of Orange and have been bringing our Indian Princess' up here for more than 37 years. The Singing Pine's Lodge has been part of our Winter camp tradition for the entire time. The new owner Adam has done some great things to improve the facility in his short time here. The facility takes care of... More

I stayed at the Singing Pines Lodge for a Men's Retreat with my church. It was so peaceful. It gave me a great chance to get away from the every day stresses of life for awhile. The mountain air was so refreshing. The accommodations were great, the cabins were clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting... More

Despite the pretty photos on the website, this lodge is decrepit. The furniture is a mish-mash of lumpy broken-down smelly sofas and bunk beds that even the military would reject. Many do not even have mattresses, only very thin foam padding on top the bunks, plus many of the bunks don't have a ladder for climbing up to the top!... More
