“Very pretty hotel, but underwhelming rooms”

This is a beautiful hotel, pretty decor and furnishings, and the staff is excellent. The rooms - superior doubles - were disappointingly small and we had to get quite aggressive to get our AmexFHR upgrade. The hotel kept insisting they were fully committed, but once we got the attention of their VP of Rooms, an upgrade suddenly appeared. The room... More

“Superb in a sea of "ordinary"”

This hotel deserves its title of "Best Hotel in the USA" year after year. The staff are without exception amazing .... Professional, well informed, friendly without being inappropriate, exceptionally accommodating to the needs and requests of their guests. The standards of this hotel are beyond reproach. “Another great LA Landmark”

Always a bit intimidating to be staying here. A very posh setting, hidden entrance. Still a great location for if you are looking for convenience, privacy, service and memorable experience. I alternate between the wilshire and peninsula during my LA stays, and have not yet ventured out beyond these two options. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Peninsula.

We took a three day trip of Los Angeles last week. Once again I stayed the Peninsula. Of all the high end hotels where I have stayed, this is probably the finest. “Superb Service, Beautiful Hotel”

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are not large but are very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The roof top pool is lovely. The service is EXCELLENT. The staff is courteous, hard working and clearly there to make your stay as happy as they can. Could not have asked for a better experience.
