Here's the run-down on my room:
1) Hadn't been painted in quick some time
2) The carpets were sticky and turned my feet black. I had to wear shoes inside!
3) The air conditioning unit was old and noisy.
4) Nowhere to set toiletries in bathroom. Very sparse with pedestal sink, toilet, and shower stall - that's it!
