We searched our gps for a Comfort in and it brought us to Bakersfield Inn, no big deal, we thought. We checked in and opened the door which at first glance looked nice until we walked inside and saw something move on the counter. A closer look found baby cockroaches climbing in and out of the walls, the radiator, on... More

Positives: - can't think of any, except that nobody stole our car in the night nor broke down the door and robbed us...or worse. Negatives: - we arrived at 11pm randomly...all other hotels in the area were full. Checkin was at a small window. Not very friendly. - the door to our room had broken security locks, so we slept... This was formerly a Quality Inn, and we weren't aware that it had changed names. Now we know why! We pulled up at 1:30 AM to see several questionable-looking men loitering around the parking lot. I checked in at a little security window. As I walked to our room two guys asked me if I would trade a beer for... More

If you are handicapped, or have a handicapped person with you, and a service animal, DON"T STOP HERE. They require paperwork, and are very anti- service animal. They need to be investigated by the Federal Governments agencies who enforce ADA regulations and laws. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, (Dec. 14th _ 15th), and my step daughters service... More

We booked this hotel VERY last minute because of a funeral and my suggestion would be to stay somewhere else. It wasn't a horrible stay, but for the money, you can do much better, especially on Priceline. The room smelled really odd. My husband and I weren't sure if it was mold or dirt in the air conditioner or something... More

I am sure that you can do better than this Qualility Inn. The room is dirty. The sheets are thin and covered with spots, which I have been told happened in the laundry. The towels are gray and thin, thin, thin. Their towels make the Super 8 towels look and feel "luxury towels". Every thing in on the verge of... More

Came in on Monday with a coupon from the local Carl's Jr. which offers a price much less than rack rate. Was given a 2nd floor room that had clothing iron burn marks in the floor. This hotel does not have an elevator so I had to lug all my suitcases up the stairs. The hotel claims that it offers... More

Quality time at the Quality Inn? I don't think so. The hotel is a two star hotel in my opinion. They have paper thin walls - you could hear everything! But the bed wasn't that bad. We stayed there for our pool tournament. The room we got was really bad! We got in late, so we were looking forward a... More

We decided to detour to Bakersfield on our way back from Disneyland to the S.F. Bay Area. I found the staff at this Quality Inn on White Lane to be very friendly during our checkin and checkout. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked with waffle batter to make your own waffles, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, pasteries, etc. Very filling... More

Stayed at a jacuzzi room in November on our way to Vegas. Had reserved in advance and got a great $80 / night room rate with a great waffle breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi area was closed although they apparently were heated (steaming!), but we didn't care. This is not the Hilton but a great motel with lots of restaurants and... More
