I booked this hotel through hotels.com and when i got to hotel they asked for my credit card...didn't think nothing of it...and now my bank shows where hotels.com charged me $45 for the room and Knights Inn charged me $38 TWICE on my credit card. So now i'm waiting to be refunded. More

I'm most impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of hotel staff. They are really good. The room has everything that a hotel room should have. It is clean and comfy. I can't ask for more. More
