You get to stay in a lovely old house on a working farm. We made arrangements to have dinner there as well. We were a little early in the season so the rooms were not all taken but the dining was full with local people. go down early and have a drink in their bar. Be sure to look for... More

After landing early morning in Dublin and driving to Powerscourt and Glendalough, we had a relaxing drive to Inch House just outside Thurles. It is a large and beautiful old home. We were warmly greeted by Mairin who even managed to conjure up a double rainbow in the view outside our room. My wife and I had a huge double... More

The house is full of character and atmosphere with beautiful views and you really do feel that old world charm, antiques are everywhere and the food is fantastic. We stayed four nights and felt very much at home, the whole family are very welcoming and we had a meal one night in the restaurant which was fantastic and great value... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Inch House. It was exactly what we wanted, a stay in a traditional and welcoming home. We stayed on a Monday and didn't get a chance to have dinner, but breakfast was delicious and upon our arrival we were offered tea and dessert (yes, please!).

We have stayed in Inch House several times. The house itself is lovely, old world charm and the grounds are also lovely. But the real treasure of Inch is the food. If you like great food in lovely relaxing surroundings don't miss Inch. You can use it as a base for visiting the Rock of Cashel, Devils Bit, Thurles, etc.

I would like to first start by saying I know the family. From the moment you turn into the driveway you can feel that it will be a great stay, during the summer the fields are in full bloom, and with the birds nesting in the big trees on the lawn. Inch House is well knowing for food and lives... More

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inch House with some of my family members for a couple of nights and I have to say that Inch House is what coming home to Ireland is all about; the people, the house itself, the accommodation, the breakfast, the surrounding gardens - all sum up a wonderful House Hotel run by... My parents recently stayed at Inch House over Easter and they could not speak highly enough of the visit they had. Everything was lovely from the time they arrived and had a drink in the drawing room to the stay itself. They were in a lovely room to the front of the house and this room would qualify as a... More

I went to Inch house with family for a post Christmas get together. The warm welcome we received in the drawing room was lovely and we were able to pick out our choices from the menu while enjoying a little drink from the bar. We were then brought into the dining room exactly in time for our starters. I went... More
