Klosterbrau is an amazingly restored property. In its basement is a nice pub-style restaurant that serves comfort food. Up above it is a more up-market place, but similarly lovely. Perfection doesn't exist. We ate every evening in the hotel, it was good, sometimes excellent. However, the service at dinner was very slow. The staff was very friendly, but made some mistakes. Nothing against dogs, but there were too many in the house. Why is it allowed to smoke in the reception/lobby/bar and lounge area? This is a real pity.... More
