Simply one of my worst experience. Hotel reception are not even close to courteous. Lift is dead half of time and the stares comes throw kitchen. I am frequent traveller to Bhopal and loves to stay in Sarthak... 'coz of 2 reasons Great Location (near to New Market) and hospitality of the staff.... Food is good here but need to work on complimentry brkfast.. Rooms are great, clean big bathrooms.. Overall a great hotel to stay.
