Booked this as a stop on a driving trip to Texas. Was truly a great stay for an overnite. Immense rooms. And good location. Only issue is attempting to arrive at location with the new road system just completed in the area. Update your gps maps before hitting texarkana.

The staff of this wonderful hotel was more than accomodating during my recent stay at Texarkana, USA! I could not have had a better experience and would suggest this property to anyone traveling in the Texarkana Metro area!

It;s unfortunate that smokers are allowed to stand at the entrance smoking. We had to unload and enter the hotel through a sea of smokers. The next morning we had to pack up and leave in a sea of smokers. There was a small patio very near that smokers could have used.

Sign on outside says Now OPen but it has been there a couple of years. Great bed but kinda high. Lacked customer service from the staff. Very hard to get to. Room kinda of had a cold feeling. For a one night stay and good rest on a hard bed not bad for the price

Holiday Inn Express Texarkana East at 5210 Crossroads Parkway, Texarkana, AR 71854 is just one of the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in.
Hotel is relatively new and amenities in great functional state.
Front desk staff were very helpful and professional.

Nice hotel, but lots of construction in the area in June. Made it a little hard to find the right exit. Would definitely stay there again though. It is right on the Texas/Arkansas state line if that helps to find it.

Thank your feedback and good news, the road construction has finally finished in our exit. They are cleaning up at this point. You can now take exit 1-AR or Exit 233-TX to our hotel.
