Booked this hotel thru a online service. The weather did not cooperate with our travel plans. When I called day of arrival to cancel the last days of my stay due to the weather the manager cancelled the entire reservation refunding the entire balance. A pleasant surprise!

We have stayed here every time we come to the Fayetteville/Springdale area. Hotel was close to everything without getting caught up in traffic. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. During our stay we had eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, yogurt, etc. Pool was very small though. We had a pleasant stay.
