An average hotel, good value due to the cheap deal. However the service left a lot to be desired, surly and uncooperative. The head waiter Mikail actually grabbed a glass of water taken from a badly hidden water dispenser in the restaurant out of my hand and said that I had to BUY water instead from the bar.
