Last we spent 6 days at Casa Karina in Bansko. It was really bad experience for us. Along six days no body cleaned our room, only left clean towels. Meals were also not satisfactory and if you go to dinner at 20.00pm probably you can't find anything to eat however the dinner time is 19.30-20.30. More
