“Spacious apartments, poor service”

The apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK. We stayed for 5 days and didn't get any service. The pool is very small, sauna and steam bath are fine, the Jacuzzi was always occupied by some kids that stayed inside for two hours and made a lot of noise.
