Very nice little hotel, clean, warm, nice and friendly stuff. When we got in the room, the heating didnt work, but after we told the reception, they came right away and fix it in couple of minutes. We stayed for a week starting on the 21st of January 2013. The hotel was everything we expected. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. The Hotel is 3 minutes on foot from the Ski-lift. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we hope to be there again next year.

We stayed at the Elegant hotel from 20th to 27th December 2012 and we thought the hotel was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you. The hotel is conveniently located with the main street and the ski lift less than a 5 minute walk away.

My husband and I have bought and apartment in Bansko and stayed in the Elegant for our 1st visit as the apartment is not yet ready. We stayed at the Hotel Elegant (which was average) in late February. Bit of a trek to the Gondola from this hotel but a free shuttle bus was sometimes available. Slopes were in good condition in the AM, however there are a lot of snowboarders here and they cut up the slopes quite quickly. The lifts etc are brand new... More
