I stayed at the Hotel Sofia Pachuca for one night in January 2009 because I wanted a good hotel close to the town square, rather than out on the highway. The whole hotel has the feel of an excellent little European hotel, with small but well-designed reception and breakfast areas, small elevator, and a floor plan which winds a bit....
