I found this hotel unkempt even by undemanding local standards. The filthy aircon gave me allergy symptoms I never suffered elsewhere. The location is fairly good in the city centre but you get better value for money at the nearby Sampaguita Tourist Inn, which is otherwise similar in terms of cost.
