Not a bad place to stay for a night. Unfortunately my friend booked us in for 3 nights because he claimed he couldn't find accommodation in Donsol....he was just being lazy. If I was to go back to Legaspi then I would head straight for Donsol. The hotel is fine...staff are bored but helpful if asked. The rooms are fine....a... More

It's a simple hotel, the bathrooms might need some refurbishing, but it's clean and cheap. Good quality for the price paid. For what Legaspi offers I would not waste more money elsewhere. More

My friend and I are currently in a deluxe room. We started our stay in a standard room with no air con because the price differential was huge (700 vs 1200). I won't exaggerated or lie about anything that follows. The rooms are clean, that's about all the positives I can provide. Service is horrendous. Our fan was completely useless,... More

The inn is located at the 3rd floor of the building. Rates are extremely affordable and the location is within the city proper. Rooms smells and looks old but definitely clean. Breakfast is not included in the room price. The staffs are very helpful and courteous. Airport transfer is not included. I recommend this place for super budgeted travellers. Dont... More

Right now I am sitting in their smallish restaurant sweltering in the early morning heat because they will not turn on the aircon. The lobby outside is also sweltering because neither does it have airconditioning. The hotel by the way, is a third floor walkup. Why am I in the restaurant if its hot and sweltering? Wifi is very slow... More

Nothing much to write home about. We had a basic room with a view to the busy street (interjection). Though the view could not be seen since the shades could not be opened. Also there was A LOT of street noise and some woman (who was not well) screaming every night, all night. All the better restaurants are quite far... More

I have to say that in Legaspi are better place to stay in that budget. Working staff is not very helpful, receptionist didn't small at all. The worst thing its that somebody stolen our money from the room when we were outside on the trip to the volcano. It wasn't big amount, but 1000 peso, but when i said about... More

This hotel's location is ideal since it is in front of LCC Mall and is walking distance to almost anywhere (Embarcadero, wet market, Hong store, Pacific Mall and the St. Raphael Church.) The jeep also passes right in front of it so you can just go to the terminal. The hotel itself is decent. The room's size is ok though... More
