I like this place because they offer rooms with more inclusions- aside from breakfast, an additional meal is included per night of stay. They also give 30min free massage. Not sure though if I just happen to book on a promo. The place is nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have nice plants and flowers all over the place. The bed is really huge, bigger than califonia king, plus a sofa in the room.

I was not a hotel guest but only had a massage at their spa. I was pleasantly surprised that the spa has individual rooms, and mine had its own toilet, shower and cabinet (unlocked) to put your stuff in. The price is very reasonable (I had a two-hour massage for P1,700). The masseuse was attentive and was not rushing her work. At the end of the massage, she told me to rest for about five minutes while she got me some tea -- it was a nice touch. I would recommend their spa for those staying in Tagaytay (I drove from another part of Cavite and travelling to T House just for a massage was worth it). The hotel itself looked clean based on the premises. The receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. The guard was also very helpful -- I asked him what a particular building was and he said these were family rooms and that it is wheelchair accessible. I asked where the other rooms were and he helpfully pointed them out to me, and he also showed me the kitchen and the restaurant. The parking area is spacious enough for the guests, although the entrance is a steep drive down from the road; they have an alternative exit access which is less steep, and the guard helped me maneuver and navigate. If I were to stay in Tagaytay, I would definitely consider T House. It is on the less busy area of Tagaytay, towards Picnic Grove, just a few hundred meters from the Sta Rosa access road.

I don’t know how many stars this hotel is rated but it’s by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Tagaytay. You’d expect prices to go up for Christmas and during this lockdown because hotels would want to recover quickly but not this one. Their packages are so reasonable - full room and board. The food is very good and not mediocre at all. Even if it’s plated, they didn’t skimp on the serving nor the plating. The pizzas are sumptuous! The crust is super good. They make their own bread/dough. There’s a variety of selection in the menu. The rooms are very clean. We stayed at the villa. It’s a loft with a queen bed and a foldable sofa bed and a single bed. There’s a small dining table and a receiving area with tv. Great for families. Bathroom area is big too and has two sinks. The shower and the toilet are separate from each other so there’s need to be crowded. A hotel with a bidet always gets plus points! We’ve stayed here a number of times before. The other rooms are good for 2 people only. The hotel is pet-friendly too! Staff are very polite and helpful. I also commend them for following IATF guidelines in not allowing kids below 15 and seniors over 65. Just a few things that may be improved on - a small fridge in the rooms, longer kitchen/restaurant hours, some form of communications device from room to front desk, etc., heated pool (it was too cold to swim). In sum, though, this is a good place to stay at to relax.

We spent our Anniversary here.Talking about services they are class A--very attentive and helpful staff. We availed the 60 minute massage --it is great! It is the room that we did not expect it to be, small and poorly maintained. The sheets, moistly and cold (not dried well as they say they are not using drier to help the environment), but it is very uncomfortable to sleep in damp sheets, we requested it to be changed but it is still the same, not dry. No Cellphone signal inside the room. No slippers and hair dryer. Had a hard time figuring out how their TV Box would work as there are no instructions. Spent a lot of time locking the room with the keys provided. On our second day, the heater sparked and filled our room with smoke. Breakfast is not heavy too, ordinary silog meals. The tasting menu is a bit pricey. Overall, we are not satisfied.

Set breakfast are okay but limited choices. Room is small good for couple and kids. Pool is best if heated as well as if jacuzzi is working. No other amenities, no hair dryer, no slippers, no wifi in the room, no Network signal for Globe subscriber. Location is okay, easy to access. Staff are friendly but their spa has limited staff. They should prepare # of masseuse and expect high volume of request. Place is okay if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Okay for family weekend bonding.

Pros: - Good location, just beside Ina ng Laging Saklolo church - Favorable for nature lover, lots of trees and plants in the compound - There is a pool, but no heater Cons: - Limited food. I expected a variety of food since it is categorized as bed and breakfast. But to my dismay the food is limited to 3 and you have to choose only one. I ordered their Bulalo noodles (it's the most expensive Php300). The flavor is OK but the beef is kinda tough. - Facilities need to be maintained and updated. - Massage service, so so. - Staff seemed to be lifeless. Not enthusiastic in what they are doing. Or maybe they are just few which supposedly should not be the case because it's a huge area. It's probably the reason why their function areas are not maintained. Some needs to be repaired and cleaned. Tranquility but should not be boring. Overall, not satisfied.

Stayed at T House Stillness room overnight with my partner. Location was great, for it is close to stores and even restaurants if you wish to go out, the place was serene and has a relaxing vibe - what made it more relaxing was the sound of the tree branches and leaves in every blow of the cold wind. Our room was clean, it needed a bit more dusting but still clean. The place needs more maintenance though. They have a pool and a jacuzzi and a great garden! All the staff are friendly - receptionists, guards, F&B attendants, Spa personnel. We had a 60-minute full body massage (forgot the names of the Masseuses) they are amazing!!! Go book a massage!!! Food were delish! Had a 3-course meal (yes, they have one) for dinner, loved all the dishes they served, for breakfast my fave was their french toast!! Try it! 😉 Another thing, place is pet friendly!!! Experience wise - 9/10 😊 Will definitely go back and recommend the place to my friends and family.

Booked through Deal Grocer for 3500/night on a weekday with breakfast. The room we first got was very old, or bad upkeep. The sheets were stained, the walls were stained, the bathroom door looked like someone chewed it. We asked to change room and it was better but really old. The shower was leaking and when we opened it there was a funny smell of water of ammonia like it hadn’t been used in a while. So gross. The AC was very noisy all night. Breakfast was undercooked daing na Bangus and very oily tawilis. So sad, I really wanted to like this place. When we got home that evening our beds were unmade because they told us we should have requested the room to be cleaned. Not something we would have expected from a four star. WHY IS THIS A FOUR STAR? That is a joke. I really wanted to like this place but we could not stay another night and checked out at 9pm to look for another hotel in tagaytay. Giving two stars all for the very helpful security guard who was running up and down trying to help us with our bags.

Checkin and checkout is hassle-free, no deposit/incidental fee required. We are also allowed a late checkout which we really appreciate. Gave us time to enjoy more the hotel plus I didn’t have to stress out myself to rush given that I have a toddler with me. Room is very nice, ambience is very relaxing. We love the spacious bathroom especially the tub. Food is great, serving not to mention the quality of the plated breakfast is awesome. We didn’t have to go outside to look for some place to eat during our entire stay. We love the banana bread. Pool area is nice, my toddler really enjoyed it. This is our favorite hotel so far :).

Even though we had to reschedule our stay, they are still nice and accommodate our request. Place was very relaxing and pool was clean and we had it for ourselves. The food was also great. Overall, we also enjoyed every minute of our stay there and will definitely return.
