Check in is quick and friendly. They even remember me from a couple months ago. Rooms are large and adequately appointed. Watch out for construction noise in some areas. The city was very busy so we ended up staying at the Jatra. Nice hotel connected to a mall. My room was large with a good bed. The bathroom was large with a huge walk in shower. The Flat screen TV on the wall had many channels from around the world. The A/C worked well and the room stayed cool.... More

the hotel is located in a strategic area, not far from airport, close to a new commercial center, big rooms, a good restaurant bellagio with local and international cooking, a little gym and a good swimming pool, the staff is kind and professional. The spa is well organized. Internet is free only for 2 hours.

the hotel situated in the center of Balikpapan's city and next door was the balikpapan Mall , the room was big and even u can add another 3 extra bed inside. the breakfast also variable and from the restaurant you could see the mall downside

By local standards this place is good with more marble than you could ever begin to imagine. The staff spoke good English and were helpful, shame the food was bland. Like for like with the Novotel just a good bit cheaper.
