Booked a double a/c room in july 2012 for about ten mintues and left hotel after that Staff not fit to work in hotel industry heard this hotel not safe not worth to risk.Staff very rude after you book room.

we stayed at hotel mathura on 16 july. it is dirty- very un-hygienic and reasonably dirty. i will certainly not recommend to friends and foes alike. the tariff is reasonable and the food quality is acceptable narayanan

I had been staying in this hotel right from 1995. They should have improved the quality of service and rooms by this time. On my last visit i could not see any such improvements. too noisy, no service (not upto mark), not hygenic (foot path is flooded with drainage water), sour water in tap, toilet fittings are rusted and old.
