Hurts when tyou have to write a negative review. But then its important for a greater cause. Checked in to this hotel on a Friday afternon and soon realized that the staff have no clue about hospitality. A very nice, comfortable and accomodating stay. Very nice room with all basic amenities taken care of. Special thanks to Mr. Amit Goyal (proprietor) & Mr. Dilip Rao (Front Desk Manager) & Mr. Suman Kotwal (GM) for all the help tendered. I recommend this place!

I Stayed at Hotel Regal, Ajmer from 7th to 10th March in a DLX Executive Room. The Tarrif is quite Reasonable for Such Spacious Rooms. Overpriced and dirty. The worst place in 3 months in India. I wil never recommand such a place with bad management. They just cheat on you, give you a wrong change and such an awful room for 1100 roupees plus service charge. They had even more expensive room better but way too expensive for Ajmer.
