the hotel is well located and the interior of the hotel is also good.the reception is not so big but it is good and the rooms in the hotel are well decorated and the beds are also comfortable enough to get a good and comfort sleep,in short it is a nice place with good rooms and great location.

Unfortunately, we had to stay one night in this hotel. Although we stayed in suite, the facilities were pathetic. You need to allow atleast 20 buckets of water before getting hot water. when i was in kashmir then i went to these hotel they have three hotels......but i got the comfort in this hotel and they have great location great staff......the rooms are small but they have good service....the Manager in very Kind person....he personally tell us about the place....and the location is too good.....thanks them to make my trip remember forever.

Nice hotel to stay, however one thing which made the stay bit uncomfortable was that room heating and hot water was available only after 7:00 PM. Gulmarg being a very cold place we were not expecting this from Grand Mumtaz.
